Hi,

I have problem because I'm not argued that I have right to compensation. Ok I will say somethink about my accident. For weeks ago I was working as clearinghouse in the  townhouse in London, but that was only my bounties job.  When I clan the window I sliped and crsched on the floor. I have broken leg now and I can't work. I'm despaired because I haven't money for cure, what can I do now? Can I get any compensation? My taskmasters told me, that this accident was my foult and she will be not paid for my cure. I haven't idea what can I do? Can I claim compensation?

You can claim if you can show that the employer was negligent or in breach of
statutory duty which caused you to fall. Why did you slip and fall? What were you
doing? How far did you fall? You had a serious injury so you should see a solicitor
but I cannot tell you if you will win without knowing more. Most solicitors will
advise you for free on a "no win no fee" basis.
