medical error

Last month I must underwent an operation. Earlier I to suffered from a weak liver. I consulted a doctor a few months. The doctor provided a diagnosis: cirrhosis liver and gave me a refferal on the operation. It later emerged that operation wasn't imperative.  In connection with the operation some complications have arisen. Am I entitled to claim compensation from a that doctor?

The no win no fee program is such a hluefpl program for those really in need. Just imagine having been injured and not collecting claims and yet you have to pay for the attorneys fees. it could be more painful for the injured and his family.
