Accident at work from falling object

I recently had an accident at work and as a result recived conccusion and resulted in 2 full days of work and now even 2 weeks later i still feel abit dazed sometimes my memory is crap wen im stressed and i am finding at hard to sleep.

The accident hanpend wen i was working under some scaffold and a brick fell off and stuck me on my hard hat.

I have pictures of the brick were it fell and were i was working at the time as this was the first thing i did due to past expariences with employers proof is never a bad idia.

Basicly im wondering if i would stand a chance of reclaiming my 2 days loss of earning (?220) as they cleaned the scaffold completley by the time i returned to work im guessing it proberly was soley my employers fault the accident happend .

This diet is wild! Nuts, sausage and prunes is an interesting coimanbtion. So do you just eat them by themselves then or can you make a recipe of some kind with them???

Hi I had a similar sort of incident at my work place and I spoke to this guy called James. He works for AMG legal he's a claims consultant there he took on my claim and I got ?4,000 for my personal injury. I suggest you get in contact with him on his work line 07925187444.

Yes, you are entitled to claim for the loss of wages. As it was not your mistake, so why should you suffer. Make a claim as soon as possible.

I agree, make you claim as soon as possible. One of my friend has gone through a similar experience and with the help of ShiresLaw she has successfully got the compensation.
