Hi
I drop in side-slip and I chop on tree. My car is wholly consumption. Can I claim  any compensation?

You can only claim compensation if you injure yourself in an accident that is due to someone else's fault. From what you say it does not sound as if it was anyone else's fault that you suffered an injury.

Yes sure, you can claim for Car Accident Claims for compensation if you car is insured, but you should prove that the accident is not resulted by you.
