I had a few month ago an accident. That hapend at work. I'm a waiter. I sliped on the wet flour, and I broke my arm in the two spots. I had to go to the hospiltal after my work becouse my boss didn'n call emergency. The arm heal no good I had two operation. I lost my work and now I wont claim compensation, but I haven't idea how can I do that. I haven't note about accident and I can't prove now, that I'm injured. Can someone told me what schould I do now? Have I right to compensation?

You will need to prove that the accident happened. If the accident was reported
it might be difficult but if you have witnesses who can say that they saw it you may
win your case. Do you have any witnesses who saw the accident? You should consult a
solicitor about making a claim.
