Re: accident on bail station

You may have a claim against the insurers of the car who hit you or against your employer if they should not have allowed you to work where cars might hit you. You have suffered serious injuries. You should consult a solicitor about making a claim.

Re: accident on bail station

Hi Mate

All i can say is that you do have a genuine claim and you should not let it go as realistically that is a BIG claim and you can get alot of money, im not going to say how much but judging your statement if that is true then you could be looking in the thousands figure.. Now firstly you need to establish whom you want to pursue your claim against, would it be your workplace or the third party that hit into you, what ever the case you can try to pursue both as one party will blame the other, which will delay your case for a while but thats when the case is thoroughly investigated.

You have a case there and i can see you getting compensated, and would like to take your case on as i provide a yes win no fee service to which you pay nothing and get 100% of the compensation.

Let me know if your interested.

Thanks

If I plan on traveling soon but only to the next state do you think it would be cheaper to drive than fly due to low gas prices?  Do you know of a site with a calculator on it?
