where should I start!! need urgent help!!

One of my relative got involved in a car accident as pedestrian. he got head injury and one fractured. Because of his head injury, he is still confuse things and unable to speak to people properly so I talked to the police who handling his case. Police said they are still gathering documents. I don't know whether we should wait or start planning for compensation process.

If you have any experience about it, please help us.

Hello HN,
I am sure there is something we can do..police will do their bit and it will be in your relative favor if you go to a NO WIN NO FEE claim company....they wont charge you they will give free advice and take your case,thats only if the solicitor thinks they can then yes they will take. was it Pedestrian i mean the zebra crossing lines where this happened?
