I became drug addicted whie I was treated in the hospital

hey, I need your help because I have really serious problem. As I had very serious car accident and I was in a great pain the nurses in the hospital were giving me a lot of drugs. t was a long period and I was given more and more painkillers.
After leaving the hosplat I couldn't find a place for myself. I went to the doctor who prescribed me some medicines. It was not helping. The problem was growing as I was anxious and nervous all the time. I couldn't even sleep a wink. When I asked doctors for stronger medicines and my doctor denied to give it to me I was so angry that I started shauting at him. He told me that I have a serious problem...
I started taking drugs. My life has changed completly. I dropped frm the college even it was the last semestr. I left my family. My friend and boyfriend were fighting for me and they sent me for the drug rehabilitation. I lost over 2 years of my life. I thinkk that the hospital is responsible for it. How to claim? How to proove it? I really long for the advice.

I cant see how you can blame the hospital for this, they did not supply you with drugs to become addicted they gave you analgisics to relieve pain. Look up 'Doctrine of double effect' that covers evey medical professional.
