loss of 2 side teeth

while at work on monday (hgv class 2 driver) i was tightening a ratchet strap when it slipped from the body of the truck and swung up and broke what i thought was one of my teeth.this was reported and placed in the company accident book and an appointment was made at the earliest possable time (4pm wednesday of the same week)
at my dental appointment i was advised that there was damage to 2 teeth one top and one bottom and my best cause of action was to have them both removed.
as i was in so much pain and the fact i haddn't eaten or slept since monday i agreed.
After the prociedure i rang my work to tell them that i wouldnt be in on the thursday as i was in so much pain, this was told to a line manager.
less than 1 min after the phonecall i was rang by one of the company directors who basicly gave me a verbal rollocking for taking the thursday off of work and left me feeling pressured to return to work on friday(today)
What i would like to know is do i have any case to claim for loss of teeth, loss of earnings ond or discomfort???
p.s. i am not in any union

Hello Vinnyo,
How can they force you to join even after knowing that you had an accident. Vinnyo, I can't give you my email address here so it would be nice that you contact me on my phone. basically I am a specialized case worker for such cases and would like to help you in this situation. If you can care to contact me, from there we can proceed further.

Thankyou!
