my dad

my  dad  was  in  hospital  for 5  weeks to  see  why  he  had   breathing  problems on  4th of  november 2009 my  dad  died  at  8 - 30pm  the  same  night  my  sister  was  talking  to  him  11-04  the  same  night he  dies on  the  death  certificate they  have  put  obese  and  out  of  breath  can  you  help  me  thank  you
