solicitors??

hello, i was  recently involved in a accident where another car pulled out from a side road and struck the passenger side of my car. i went through a accident management company, who for some reason put a injury claim through for me. i later detested this and told my solicitors that i am now fully recovered. now they have told me they are not dealing with my claim no more as in is not cost bearing. So now i am left with no solicitors, and a case that is under investigation for some reason! what do i do, do i go through my own insurance now?
