cervical spondylosis

2yr ago i was flung in a mini bus as the driver drove past my house of which he knew where i lived,i never had any previous probs wi my neck i have received hospital treatment and have been refered to pain management,i cannot continue with my current jobs due to this as im in constant pain most of the time,i have an ongoing claim in place but things r goin slow i have been told there is a claim to be answered to can you give me a rough idea at how much i could be looking at
