loss of workin hours due to RTA 1 year onwards

hello
just wondering if i can have some advice really ,
i was involed in a rta nearly a year ago , im still undergoing test blah blah due to not being able to lift my arm and have pain in my neck , as im a care assistant ive been told not to lift or move people which has taken a big loss in my hours at work , im hardly doing any ! i know you can claim tax something but not quite sure which one it is and i dont want to ring them up and look like a fool! any advice pleaaassee

I hope by now you have found the advice you were looking for.  If you have sufferred an accident around 2 years ago you really must now look at claiming if you have not already done so before your claim becomes statute barred on its third anniversary.
