ER ignored my phonecall

Can I get the compensation for being ignored while calling the emergancy? I was after alcohol because I was going back from the pub on the Friday's night. I sow the man lyng on the pavment and bleeding out. As I am a student of medicine I knew what to do. I called the emergancy saying that I was after the alcohol and that this is urgent as the guy is bleeding out. The  lady ignored me saying that I am a drunk kid. I started stopping people and calling help on the street, which was very stressful. At the same time I tried to stop bleeding... Only aftter 10 minutes the old lady opened the window and she informed me that she has heard when I was talking on the phone but as she sow me fighting for the life of stranger alone she decided to call the ambulance one more time. She also gave me some dressings, which helped to manage the situation. The ambulance came over only after 30 minutes! I felt neglected and humiliated. Can I do something about it?
