herniated disk after fall - compensation amount?

Does anyone have an idea what level of compensation I would be due after a trip on a uneven shower room floor in my housing association floor - they were aware of the defect and had not repaired the floor after an ealier fall and it has caused to further accidents. 1st a herniated disk, which has been over a year and half now and although better than when initailly happend (spent 1 week in hospital) it doesn't seem to be improving anymore, Dr has said arthritis has set in there now as well! Also 2nd accident for is an ankle injury in which I dislocated my ankle and it keeps dislocating now due to the initial injury and the fact that I have a collagen problem which means I don't heal properly but that is why I have to be careful not to get injured! Does anyone have an idea of level of compensation?
