I was in the car driven by the drug dealer and I became disable

I had an argument with my parents. I called my boyfrind who picked me up and we were going to his place. I was crying and shaking aftre my dad came back home and started shauting at us.. Mike tried to calm me down... Suddenly, the truck hit Mike's car. I don't remember anythig more.

My boyfriend died in that car crash. I became badly injured - my legs are  paralysed and I will be never able to walk again. The problem was hat one week before the accident my boyfriend was given the suspended prison sentence for being the drug dealer. In fact it was a stupid mistake which he had done because of the bad situation at home and influence of the collegues.. Anyway, the insurer told me that I was irresponsible gettign into the car with the drug dealer and due to this fact I will not be fully compensated.

I am broken. Do they have right to do so?
