Fall down from the stairs in fron of the company

I was waiting for my collegue after my job. It started to rain and it became really slippy. When Harry left the company Inoticed that he slipped over on the stairs. He fell down. The company told his family that it is impossible to cover this becase it was after the job , the employer had no influence on the situation and he could expect that there is slippy.
