Loss of earnings due to the occupational disease

My mother used to work in very loudy environment. She was not given any compenation as it was assesed that the sound intensity was acceptable. My mother has impairedd hearing and suffers from depression. The employer fired her and it even worsten the situation.

My father died 3 years ago and I am the only child. I am teenager (I'm 15 at the moment) and I have been facing very difficult situation at the moment. I started to have problems with concentration and I have some problems at school. My mother is really preocupated with it. To my  mind she should be given some support and compensation. In fact she didn't do anything and she didn't ask for help anywhere. Please, let me know where I can receive help. Due to the lack of experiance I am really afraid to start claiming with any company as I think that they may cheat on us... I will be thankful for your advice!
