Psychical injury after the dog's attack

I would like to claim because the dog of the neighbout threatened my little child. THe girl is afraid of animals now and she has problems with sleeping. We are seeing the psychologist who says that she started to be very closed and she doesn't want to talk about the event with the dog.

Please, don't think that I am looking for easy money but I think that it is not responsible to keep the doberman without any controll. My kid was going back from the park when the dog started chaseing her. She jumped into the small space between the garrage and our house so that the dog couldn't reach her. She was so afraid that she couldn't even scream asking for the help. Some other neighbour noticed the strangly behaving dog on my possession and I called the police as I was afraid of that animal. When I realised that my doughter was trapped in the very uncomfortable position I was shocked. It brought a lot of stress to our family.
