Fall down from the stairs in Scotland

Hello, as I had an accident in Scotland while I was on thevacations and I don't know the law in this country I would like to post my topic here..

So, as I mentioned I was on the vacations in Scotland and I fall down from the stairs in the train station. It was rainy that day and I slipped on the mud. I fall down from 6-7 m. I was taken to the hospital and I was in coma.. I have a lot of helth problems like complications after the arm fracture, problems with memorizing things ect.

So the question is if I can claim for the compensation and who should shoulder the responsibility for the accident which occured in the public place in Scotlend. Thx for your advice.
