simple slip - serious injury: comminuted fracture

Hi, maybe it was very silly of my that I didn't pay so much atention that the floor is wet butin fact there was no sign to prevent the accident which happened to me. I simply slipped but I was very unlucky because  the comminuted fracture left arm needed several operations and led me to loosing my job ( I can't take care over children as I am unable to carry them etc).
I was shoping with several friends so there are people who may confirm that there was no sign that the flor has been just cleaned.. Is it possible to claim?
