Fracture of the forearm (radius bone, ulna bone and elbow)

While I was drilling the elements, moving thee driller vetically, down,  the drill blocked itself and the whole devie urgently twisted. It caused the fracture of my forearm. Then it twisted again causeing the fracture of another bones. Summing up I have fracture of radius bone, ulna bone and elbow. I had the surgery which took about 6 hours! I have some metal in my arm in order to put all bones together. My arm hurts me a lot and I am unable to straighten or rise it. I am waiting for the rehabilitation. Having the sick leave till 31-12-2009 I am thinking what to do then and how to claim as my contract expire on the same day. Any suggestions?
