Claim fo compensation for free?

I wonder is it really free to claim for compensation after accident? All adverts says that we don't need to pay for legal  service of solicitors. Is it really truth? I heard that some companies took 20% of compensation! I don't know what are this rules?
can someone explain it to me?

Hi,

It depends where You will go with Your case. I heard that some companies to this day get % from compesnation some of them have many difficult to verify agreement points. Every time You should check claims agreement very carefully. On this market exist companies and law firm who base only on NO WIN NO FEE.

Hello,

the term no Win no fee is technically incorrect, my friend put me in touch with a solicitor after i was involved in accident, after the matter proceeding to court it was deemed my fault however my solicitors did not charge me for their services. i recently found out that solicitors generally only charge you when your'e seen as dishonest/fraudulent and generally not charge you otherwise.

i cannot speak for all solicitors however my friend, Lee works closely with nationwide solicitors and can guarantee you no charges to be paid upfront or throughout the process of your claim as well as compensation fro your injuries, feel free to give him a call and mention my name

Hi Aleki

Solicitors are generally charged at an hourly rate dependant on the qualifications of the solicitor, in the event that there are no legal expense insurance (BEI before the event insurance) then the solicitor will take an ATE (after the event insurance policy) this covers you against any future costs whether your case wins or loses. and the cost of which is borne from the fault insurance compay at conclusion of yor claim.

I cannot stress enough that innocent claimants should not worry about solicitors costs and you need to choose the right solicitor.

if you need assistance with choosing one or any advice call Lee 07590 109 854
