To make a successful claim for medical negligence, you have to show that the treatment you received or the procedures that were used were unreasonable and subsequrently caused any ongoing problems.

Medical negligence claims need specialist investigations and full copies of all your medical records, so you would be best advised to speak to a local law firm who specialise in medical negligence claims, or feel free to drop me a line.
