broken finger in factory

last week i had accident at workplace. I was clining machine after work when suddenly one other worker doing clining job with me turn it on! My finger was crushed and other fingers broken. Our employer said that it's our both fault and I don't get any compensation. We had safty training in that work, they said that we need to be careful with this machine and never start it claning befor it is plug in!
I don't know what to do know, can I get compensation?

You can make a claim because your work colleague was negligent by starting the
machine when you were cleaning it. The employer is responsible for your colleagues
negligence and the company will have insurance to cover the claim. You should speak
to a solicitor who can advise you about making a claim.

Just wondered if you got advice from a Solicitor and decided to pursue a claim or not. I work in personal injury and if you're still after advice, then feel free to email me and I'll see what advice I can provide you with. We deal with accidents at work and offer 110% compensation. If you want to ask anything just send me an email.

It is advisable to seek specialist advice from a personal injury solicitor, experienced in workplace accidents. You can make a claim even if a colleague is at fault.  Most personal injury solicitors will work on No Win No Fee basis.  You will be able to find excellent advice and legal representation for your workplace injury from MTA Solicitors LLP who are experienced Personal Injury solicitors, as well as compensation for injury you may be entitled to claim for lost earnings and healthcare costs. MTA Solicitors LLP 0208 437 0731, email us to make a quick claim enquiry. Someone will call you straight back.
