weigh down through ones of the load during loading commodities

On Thursday during  loading commodities, i was weigh down through ones of the load. It crushed my foot. nobody fault only forklift truck for manufacturer?s  reasons.  I would like ask about possibilities where can i receive compensation from?

Your employer is certainly insured so the event should was covered by insurance. The employer should carry out an investigation into the accident whether you are claiming compensation or not. Also the employer should also keep an accident book into which details of the accident was recorded.

Unfortunately I don't have witness, in spite of there were a few workers not far from a place accident.
