lossing of earnings after accident at work

I'm working as a driver in buliding constructions company. My monthly income is about 10.000 pounds. Can I get my losses of eranings back?

I had accident at work. Other employer, my firend didn't see me and hit me his Vauxhall! I broke my two legs.

If it's possibility your friend,or boss were guilty of negligence you should claim compensation. Your company is undoubtedly insured.

Besides loss of earnings you claim also compensation, reimbursement of the costs incurred for treatment, rehabilitation.

Sure you can claim your insurance which is deducted from your salary every month
it and only if the manager deducted money for your insurance....
