lost a index finger-accident at work

During a work I've accident with the cut- machine. There wasn't protection because somebody its  removed. I lost a index finger rights hand. What do you think can I claim compensatiom from my insurance?

Above all you should claim compensation from employer's insurance. Because this accident happend due to intentional fault you boss, manager. Do you have any witness?

Yes, there were also two another workers. They turned off the machine and called an ambulance.
