the doctor is the judge

i have a work injury and my company send to his doctor,but that doctor no have ethic,because all time he speaks more about the law than the medicine,i want to change the doctor because i want to find my own doctor,but my lawyer say that is not easy ,can the lawyer cheatind me?i want you advice,thank everybody,al

i don't think so , he do not have any interess to do it. Maybe Im wrong?
