overloading at work

I underwent an operation rupture caused overloading  at work. The operation was in 17th April this year. I'm on sick leave during five months yet and i would like that my boss shall pay with my troubles. At the same time nothing happend. Can you help me?.

Y,es you can claim compensation from your employer's liability insurance providing the accident happened at work, like you say it did.  The comany advertised at the top of the page can give you very good advice as to the best route to make a claim.
