Hi

I have been fighting a medical negligence case for 3 years. I have now been awarded an 'interim payment' of ?20,000. Could the remainder of the payment be quite high? With an interim payment, is it usually a small percentage that the NHS will pay of the overall compensation amount? Thanks for any feedback.

Its depend on your documentation and what happend exactly. If somebody commited a medical negligence, should be financially liable  to you.
