got burnt-slide at work

I'm a waitress, i slipped on a floor in conference room When i was carring a hot drinks, I slipped, got burnt, the glasses cut  my hand and hit my head the chair. A surface of floor was a little wet. i don't know how did the accident come about?  There were a lot of people in the room and I ' ve a few witness to the accident. The police didin't come. I were going to the hospital with my boss by car. Can I 've any chance get a compensation from the insurance my employer?
