cut the hand at work

During work I cut the right hand. In hospital doctor put a few stitches in the wound.  Later It turned out my employer does't pay my insurance and doesn' to come to an understanding . I'm  discouraged.Give me any advice?

I think You should informa about this fact local authority who deal with employment law and employers abuses.
