traffic collision- without witness

Day before yesterday I crash with a car other on my street. I drive my parents's car and other car hit my back. Because the damage inflicted upon me isn't a large we didn't call to police, only drew up a protocol. He  pleades guilty.  I possess a bearing on the inurance of culprit. I want to make claims against the culprit and get a money from the insurance  for the cost of repairing. Does the insurance pay a  sum of money without any problems?

Hello

Yes they will pay with no problems, but you will need to go to your doctors or hospital for a diagnosis so it is recorded on your doctors notes.

If you have the other drivers details name addres, insurance details then you are fine and have everything to start your claim for compensation.

Thanks

Hi Danielle,

They normally complete road traffic accident claims within 6 - 9 months leaving you 100% of your compensation

Give them a try
