I work on the place of the aiport doing a technical services the plane and installations. It's happend a accident with me, ten months ago when I was detucted against the the car with the luggages. I fell over and hurt my head,  moreover in hospital it turned out i fractured a bone -right hand too. i'ts happend because I didin't saw and hear him. I don't raise a claim against my employment, so i've question what kind a compensation can I apply for?

Your employer should have insurance to cover accidents at work.  He or she should have no problem with you making a claim for your injury, because their insurance company will pay the    conpensation.

Hi

Ok, you have upto 3 years to claim from the date of accident.  The tyoe of compensation claim is a personal injury compensation case.  All employers pay public and employers insurance policies which cover any accident or injury within their business.

So you will have cover and you do have a case, all you need to do is find a compensation company or solicitor.

Good luck
