accident at work on ship

Hallo! I  had very hard accident at work on ship. A wooden beam fell off a scaffolding onto the me  He have all documents from employer.They acknewledge the accident at work. Now I have problem with my balance and hearing. I claim? Should I take a layer?

Hello, why did that a wooden beam fall? Can you hold sambody responsible for this accident -an employer or workers? You should complete medical documentation and to take to follow layer's advice.

It sounds like your employer has admitted that the accident did happen.

What was the reason for the wooden beam being on the scaffolding and why was it not secured to the scaffolding.
Once you have answered the above questions this is what your case can be based on.
