1.This document, called "Forum Regulations", define conditions of using and publishing on Claims Forum, accessible on page www.claims-forum.co.uk. All changes of Forum Regulations will be published always on this site.
2.Claims Forum is accessible for all Internet Users.
3.Forum Regulations is obligatory for all Users (both registered on forum and guest).
4.Using our Claims Forum is synonymous with acceptation these conditions. If you do not accept these regulations, then please leave Claims forum immediately.

Use conditions

1.Login choosed to make registraion on forum can not be change after finishing registraion process.
2.Registered user can change e-mail adress passed in registraion process.
3.Accounts which are used against rules of Claims Forum, used against idea of website can be banned or deleted.
4.Registrated Users and Guest can not publish on forum any adverts and posts persuade to use any solicitors or companies legal service. Advertising on forum without permission of forum administrator is not allowed. If you whish to advert on forum contact: advertise@claims-forum.co.uk.
5.Users who will not obey use conditions will be deleted and banned on Claims Forum.
6.User can delete by himself his forum account with all personal details and informations (login, e-mail). All posts published by User will remain on Claims Forum after deleting account.
7.All posts from time of publishing on Claims Forum are property of website www.claims-forum.co.uk.
8.Users and Guests have a right to publish their own comments and posts on Claims Forum.
9.Right to give answers on Claims Forum have also solicitors and claims experts cooperated with Claims Forum.

11.Claims Forum is moderated by administration of website. Moderators have right to: - delete posts which abused rules on forum (e.g. advertising, persuade to use legal service or help of user without permission of forum administrators); - delete or ban users who offend other users using obscene words; - delete or ban users who published on forum posts unrelated with website specialisation;
12. Moderators have subiective right to decide which posts don't obey Claims Forums rules.
13. All users (and their posts) who don't obey rules on forum can be deleted without any previous information.
14.Claims Forum can send adverts on Users e-mail used in registarion process. If You don't agree with this point - please fell free to use our website us a Guest.

Reservation

1.Claims Forum, Moderators and Administrators of forum are not responsible for irresponsible acction Users and Guests.
2.Claims Forum don't accept any assults on Users, Guests, Experts, Solicitors and Firms on forum.
3.Administration of forum take great pains to stop any assults.
4. Claims Forum do not process personal data.
